Saguaro cactus greet you as you arrive, and old growth Palo Verde trees reach out their limbs in welcome. Rabbits and quail go about their day enjoying what Mother Nature has provided. Birds sing songs to tell of their adventures and announce your arrival. Local lizards sun themselves on a nearby rock, living in harmony with what the desert has to offer.

Relax and enjoy the feel of the earth under your feet. Take a deep breath and feel your spirit begin to renew itself.

Peaceful Spirit Enrichment Center is a quiet, relaxing place where you can receive a healing session, walk the Labyrinth or meditate in the gardens. Health is our most valuable asset, and taking care of your health should be a priority. An important part of health is the balance between the body, mind and spirit.

We offer a variety of modalities to suit each individual.
You can choose to have a relaxing Massage or Reiki session followed by a Labyrinth walk. Learn about Healing Herbs, attend a Workshop or enjoy walking around the grounds just being in nature.

			Melanie Dunlap, LMT Herbalist Reiki Master Teacher Certified Labyrinth Facilitator Caretaker of the Peaceful Spirit Labyrinth

Pursuing a passion for helping people, Melanie began studying alternative therapies over 15 years ago. While training in the Appalachian mountains of North Carolina to learn the ways of healing plants she began making herbal body care products for her friends and family. This lead to the creation of Aunt Mel’s Herbals selling high quality herbal products. Being both a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Reiki Master Teacher gives her great insight into the rhythm of the body.

As an Herbalist,
she connects with the spirit of the plants to guide her in creating herbal remedies that soothe body, mind and soul. Her love of plants is evident when you experience any of her plant walks or herbal classes. Just talking about the plants puts a green sparkle in her eye.

As a Reiki Master Teacher,
she shares her vision of the body’s connection to energy. Her intuitive Reiki healing sessions open the way for the body to heal itself. She is passionate about teaching others how to use this ancient practice to heal themselves and the planet.

As a Massage Therapist,
she uses a combination of healing touch and energy healing to address the needs of the body and the spirit. Her ability to connect to the body through intuitive, therapeutic touch provide relaxation and relief for even the most stressed out soul. Her skilled techniques help provide emotional balance as well as physical benefits.

As a Labyrinth Facilitator,
Melanie blends all of these unique talents into a powerful journey on the Labyrinth. Having formally trained at Veriditas in San Francisco, CA she brings the skills and knowledge necessary to make each labyrinth walk an unforgettable experience. Every month she facilitates full moon walks at the Peaceful Spirit Labyrinth.
